  • Scheduling windows are estimates and may change due to weather, safety, access, or operational constraints.
  • Payment terms are governed by your proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project information and authorized site access.
  • Disclose known hazards and maintain safe working conditions.
  • Obtain permits/approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Late cancellations or major rescheduling may incur charges, including mobilization, standby, or work already completed.

6. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or systems.
  • You may not copy or exploit site content for commercial use without written permission.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
